These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JsonToTable web application, services, and related software (collectively, the "Services") provided by JsonToTable ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have authority to do so.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Account Registration
Certain features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading or processing data that you do not have the right to use.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Services.
- Introducing malicious software or disrupting the performance of the Services.
- Using the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any JSON payloads, configurations, or other materials you upload or generate through the Services (collectively, "User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store User Content for the purpose of providing the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to User Content and that our use will not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.
6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
We will treat User Content as confidential and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, documentation, and content provided by us, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, we retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services.
8. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and exploit the Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for access to the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
